Deborah has been painting and drawing since the age of 7 and has worked as a professional artist for the past 13 years.
Her canvas pieces range from seascapes, animals and landscapes. Her work has been described as traditional, modern, semi-abstract and abstract. She has received undertaken bespoke canvas commissions depicting client’s children and even pets.
Despite having sold many original canvas pieces and individual commissions she believes she is best known for her murals. Again these cover a wide spectrum of subjects. Many are children’s themes and are individually designed by the artist according to the child’s wishes. Others are commissioned to represent a certain view or place, or to blur the line between the interior of a room and whatever is beyond the window. She has even been commissioned for mural work in client’s holiday homes around the world.
